If you have ever felt the temptation to launch intercontinental ballistic missiles around the Minecraft world, then the ICBM mod is for you. The mod adds real, working missiles into the game. Players simply choose their target, pick their weapon of choice, and then let the bombs fly.

What’s the point of the ICBM mod? Well, that’s entirely up to the player. You can use the ICBMs to blow up a structure you don’t like. Or, as one fan-made ICBM video suggests, blow up a pasture filled with sheep. With the ICBM mod, what you destroy is entirely up to you.

ICBM features a few different types of missiles, and new types of missiles are being added with every update to the mod. You can blow your enemy to bits and pieces with a traditional ICBM explosives missile, for example. Or, you can watch them burn to death with a napalm-type ICBM.

After firing a traditional ICBM missile, blocks fly everywhere. Then, once the dust settles, a giant crater will form in the ground. The ICBM isn’t your run-of-the-mill TNT explosives mod; it’s a full-blown international warfare device. To make the mod even more satisfying, players can watch the ICBM throughout its entire trajectory. You can see the missile as it leaves the launch pad, shoots up into the sky, and then turns back down to wreak havoc upon the world.

Put simply, the ICBM is one of the best ways to destroy the Minecraft world. Whether you’re taking vengeance on a specific NPC village or you’re just making room for a new structure, the ICBM mod is a very satisfying way to clear out the world around you.
