Sophisticated Wolves Mod for Minecraft 1.5.2/1.5.1/1.4.7

VN:F [1.9.22_1171]
Rating: 0.0/5 (0 votes cast)

A wonderful mod, the Sophisticated Wolves Mod for Minecraft 1.5.2/1.5.1/1.4.7 has made its way to the era of Minecraft games. It aims to improve wolves in the games through a series of gameplay pinches, AI improvements, and additional features. The attention is not to have overwhelmed items or crazy capabilities, but rather stable add-ons that make sense in the world of MC. Essentially, wolves should be able to better react to your actions and take care of themselves, so you don’t have to consider them an obligation when taking out, exploring or fighting.

Features:

One of the most oft-requested features, names to differentiate between your pets. Craft a leather Dog Tag and you’ll be able to give your pet a proper title (12 chars max). They behave like normal player nametags when standing but are not visible through walls when sitting.

Nametags:

Nameplates will also change color according to the health of your wolf. White = full health, and it gets increasingly more red as a wolf’s health goes down.

Recipe:

Breeding:

There will be no more accidental breeding. Wolves will now have a new item to get them in the mood. Feed two tamed wolves a Dog Treat made out of two wheat and a porkchop (raw or cooked) and they’ll produce a puppy. Puppies are automatically tamed and will get a parent’s breed.

Recipe:

Breeding

Biome-Specific Wolves:

Wolves’ look will vary depending on the biome they spawn in. Taiga wolves are the classic gray, while forest wolves are light brown. You can also find black and dark brown wolves, but these colors are more difficult to find than their lighter counterparts.

Extinguishing:

Are you tired of your wolves burning to death? So are they. If they happen to catch on fire, they’ll stop and shake to put themselves out.

Creeper Avoidance

Wolves are loyal, not stupid. If they see a Creeper about to blast they’ll scatter regardless of what you’re doing.

Respawning Wolves

Like ocelots, wolves will spawn intermittently in Taiga and Forest biomes and only become insistent when tamed. This also says that they won’t stick around if you wander off. So you should definitely bring bones with you if you’re searching for wolves.

Feeding

Wolves will now also guzzle fish and thus achieve the max amount of health whether the meat is cooked or raw. In addition, they will no longer wander around while begging, so you don’t have to chase them down trying to feed them.

Attack Pausing/Canceling

Crouching with Shift will make any wolves currently attacking a creature stand still and stop attacking. Holding down Shift for around 5 seconds will cancel their attack entirely, so they don’t slaughter your flock of sheep because you accidentally punched them. Wolves will also lose interest in a target if you’re far enough away from it when they teleport to you.

Peace of Mining

Wolves will no longer wander around and bump into you when you’re mining or on a ladder, instead they’ll wait patiently for you to finish (unless you’re being attacked by monsters of course).

Evil Detecting Dogs

Though they won’t attack Creepers, wolves will growl to alert you if one is nearby.

Tweakable

Want to use a texture pack instead of biome-specific wolves? Don’t like wild wolves despawning? Want to set breeding back to default? Change it in the config file, located in your .minecraft/config folder. You can also change the ID numbers of the items if you run into a conflict with other mods.

Miscellaneous Improvements

Smarter teleportation, fire avoidance, more responsive interactions, and many other various bug fixes and tweaks have been made to improve your experience with wolves. Check out the changelog for more detailed notes.

Secret Rooms Mod for Minecraft 1.5.2/1.5.1/1.4.7

VN:F [1.9.22_1171]
Rating: 5.0/5 (1 vote cast)

This mod is one of the mods that have been made their way in the era of minecraft with attractive features and content.Secret Rooms Mod has added a variety of cool blocks that camouflage themselves to the surrounding world. All of these blocks have extremely useful functions that allow you to simply hide your diamonds, or punish all who dare try to get to them. Hidden doors, pressure plates, hidden levers and more! Pay special attention to the revolutionary Ghost block. This block is visible in every way, but you can walk right through it. A fearsome trap for anyone who dares try stealing your diamonds with a floor made of this stuff over a pit of lava.

Key-Bindings:

  • backslash >> \ <<
    • changes the way the OneWay camo blocks are placed. this can be changed under the controls menu.

Commands:

  • /srm-show
    • togggles the visiblity of the secret blocks. They only update in a certain radius, so you may have to toggle this multiple times.

Blocks and Items:

1)      Torch lever
BlockID = 2020

Works like a normal lever, but looks exactly like a torch. It even sheds light.

2)      OneWay Camo
BlockID = 2021

One side camo, all the rest glass. Looks like glass in the inventory. When placed, camo side is either towards or away from you. This can be toggled with the BackSlash key,

3)      Secret Gate
BlockID = 2022

Camoflages to the blocks arround it, and when its powered, it extends up to 10 blocks. Try for your self in an open area.

Its orrientation is the same as the OneWayCamo blocks.

4)      CamoDummy (shelfgate extension)
BlockID = 2023
– NO RECIPE –
Camoflauges to the blocks arround them.

5)      Camo TrapDoor
BlockID = 2024

A TrapDoor that camouflages itself to the surrounding blocks. it is open-able with clicking or right-clicking, Be careful not to forget where you put it. It can be placed flush with the floor, and flush with a cieling depending on where you right-click to place it.

6)      ShelfGate Extension
BlockIDs = 2025 & 2026 ItemIDs = 4106 & 4107

Doors that camouflage. AS usual, the iron doors are only openabble by a redstone signal while the wooden doors can be opened with a click.

7)      Camo Paste
ItemIDs = 4108

This item is an essential building block of all Camouflage blocks.

The dyes in this recipe are only for demonstration purposes, any dye, or any combination of dyes will work.

This recipe also takes any dyes from the forge OreDictionary.

8)      Ghost Block
BlockID = 2027

You can see them, but walk right through them.

9)      Secret Lever
BlockID = 2028

Camoflages like all the other “camo” blocks, but his one works like a lever.

10)   Secret Redstone
BlockID = 2029

Another Camo Block. but this one carries a redstone current just like normal redstone. The redstone works exactly liek vanilla redstone, and is nearly 100% interchangeable with it. Like vanilla redstone, it decays within 15 blocks, and needs to be refreshed with a redstone torch or repeater.

11)   Secret Button
BlockID = 2030

Another Camo block, but works like a button.

12 -15) Secret Pressure-Plates
BlockIDs = 2031 — 2034

These are very special camo blocks. when something passes over them, they emit a redstone signal. The wooden one on the left powers when anything goes over it. The Stone version on the right only provides power when a player passes over it. The Gold and Iron versions are weighted pressure plates and behave like their vanilla counterparts.

17) Secret Stairs
BlockID = 2035

Works like stairs. You place them like you would any other, and ofcourse, they are camouflaged. ** works best with the Ghost Blocks

The recipe for this block now works with all the different types of wooden stairs that exist.

16 & 17) Secret Chests (and trapped chest)
BlockID = 2036 & 2037

Works like a chest, just camouflages like everything else, and doesn’t open up like other chests. Camo trapped chests can be crafted the exact same way, simply with the trapped chest in the center rather than a normal chest

VN:F [1.9.22_1171]
Rating: 5.0/5 (1 vote cast)

This mod, Household Gods Mod for Minecraft 1.5.2/1.4.7 has its distinct introduction in the kingdom of Minecraft mods. It has come with a bunch of modifications and added features. The added 16 statues of this very mod will make your expedition throughout the game more exciting. These statues are randomly generated to produce thousands of unique results. Each of the results has their individual effects on the world around it. So it’s time to discover dangerous statues, helpful statues, and just plain weird ones! Try to MIX & MATCH pieces to create NEW EFFECTS!

The Statues:

A statue consists of three components. These are the head, the torso, and the feet. When all these three are combined, these work in tandem to generate the unique effect of that statue, by developing a sort of ‘sentence’ that the player can adjust by switching out parts. A new piece often refers to a new effect. So it is good to try experiencing with all the probable combinations and remember the names of the ones you like most.

1. Hephaestus- Armorer to the Gods and Patron of Metallurgy!

  • ‘Heph’: Enchant/Repair
  • ‘aes’: in nearest chest

Miscellaneous Tips:

  • Every piece of statue has its own individual speed and the speed varies from statue to statue. Some of them are slower, some are faster. The joint speed of each piece tells us how long before the next time the statue will activate.
  • Pieces of the same set when are two or more are used together will be associated with a synergistic effect. Discover all synergies!
  • The statue pieces can’t be crafted. They can only be found. So you need to keep your eyes careful to have those found. Look for anything usual as sometimes these may be buried.
